How it works

One visible journey from available produce to completed delivery

Farmbity keeps the latest order terms, payment decision, transport options, and delivery progress in one place so each participant knows what happens next.

Order journey

Eight clear stages

The exact controls shown depend on your role and the current order status.

  1. STEP 1

    Create a trusted profile

Choose your role, add your address and business details, and submit identity information where required.

  2. STEP 2

    List current produce

Farmers add price, available stock, unit, grade, packaging, market, location, photos, or a short video.

  3. STEP 3

    Compare the real options

Buyers search products, compare farmers, locations, prices, availability, reviews, and transport information.

  4. STEP 4

    Request the order

The buyer enters quantity, delivery address, and proposed terms. Eligible drivers can begin bidding on the transport request.

  5. STEP 5

    Agree on current terms

The farmer accepts, rejects, or counters. The latest price and quantity remain the active terms for both parties.

  6. STEP 6

    Pay with the order reference

The buyer transfers the displayed amount to Farmbity escrow and includes the Farmbity order number as the payment reference.

  7. STEP 7

    Pick up and deliver

The assigned driver and farmer update fulfillment milestones, add evidence where needed, and keep the buyer informed.

  8. STEP 8

    Complete and settle

After delivery is confirmed, Farmbity records commissions, farmer earnings, driver earnings, and approved payouts.

01 / For farmers

Sell what you have available

Keep stock accurate, respond to order requests, prepare only after escrow payment is confirmed, and follow fulfillment until delivery. Your earnings page separates expected, approved, and paid amounts.

Create farmer account

02 / For buyers

Know the cost before committing

Browse available farmer listings, request only the quantity you need, review counters carefully, and consider product value, buyer commission, and transport before accepting and paying.

03 / For drivers

Bid for transport work

Approved drivers can view eligible open requests, bid with a price and service details, manage jobs they participated in, and provide pickup and delivery evidence for completed work.

Create driver account

Do not release goods before payment confirmation

A buyer payment submission is not the same as an approved escrow payment. Farmers should begin fulfillment only when Farmbity shows that payment has been confirmed.

Keep activity inside the order

Use the Farmbity order, payment, transport, proof, and dispute controls so the platform can retain a useful history if support is needed.
