Practical controls help reduce identity fraud, misleading listings, payment mistakes, unsafe transport, and unresolved marketplace activity. Compliance remains a shared responsibility.

How controls work
Farmbity uses role-based reviews, status controls, records, and evidence at the points where mistakes or fraud can cause the most harm.
Farmbity may collect a National Identity Number, proof document, business details, payout account, vehicle details, and other role-specific information. Access to sensitive proof is restricted to the user and authorized administrators.
Farmers must describe the actual commodity, stock, unit, grade, packaging, location, market, price, media, and condition. Expired, paused, or out-of-stock listings cannot be treated as available supply.
Bank transfers are matched to Farmbity order references and reviewed before an order is marked funded. Payout and refund accounts may require approval, and payment decisions are retained in the order history.
Driver access can depend on identity approval. Bids, assignment, pickup, delivery milestones, proofs, and earnings are linked to a transport request and its underlying order.
Role-based controls limit who can perform buyer, farmer, driver, agent, and administrative actions. Important decisions and operational changes may be recorded for investigation and support.
Users can report disputes, community content, payment concerns, delivery problems, and platform misuse. Farmbity administrators may review evidence, hide content, restrict activity, or escalate a case.
Farmbity reviewed the submitted information or evidence for the stated purpose and did not reject it at that time. Approval can support access to features such as driver bidding, payouts, or trust indicators.
Approval may be revisited if details change, documents expire, new risk appears, or the original information is found to be inaccurate.
A profile badge does not guarantee future conduct, product quality, creditworthiness, route safety, legal compliance, or successful performance of every order.
Users must still review current terms, evidence, reviews, product condition, transport capability, and order status before acting.
Shared responsibility
Sell only products you can lawfully supply; keep stock and descriptions current; meet applicable food, quality, measurement, packaging, and market requirements; do not release goods before confirmed payment.
Use accurate delivery details; review the latest terms and full cost; pay only through the instructions shown in the order; inspect promptly; report genuine problems with evidence.
Maintain lawful licences and a suitable vehicle; bid honestly; handle products safely; follow the assigned route and milestones; submit genuine pickup and delivery evidence.
Support users honestly, protect account information, avoid impersonation, and use market or user assignment powers only for legitimate Farmbity participation.
Marketplace access does not replace licences, inspections, taxes, food safety practices, weights and measures requirements, packaging rules, vehicle obligations, insurance, or other laws that apply to a participant and transaction.
Where a certificate, grade, lab result, identity proof, or transport document is displayed, users should check its scope, date, issuer, and connection to the specific product or service.
Signed-in users can review profile completeness, identity status, address, business information, profile image, logo, market, and payout details from Settings.
Open profile settingsPreserve the order number, messages, screenshots, proof, listing link, and relevant dates. Never send passwords, PINs, or one-time codes.
