How to create a farm listing that buyers can act on

A clear listing makes it easier for serious buyers to understand your produce and send an order request.

Farmbity connects farmers and buyers

A listing is the first practical introduction to your produce. It should answer the questions a serious buyer will ask before they contact you: what is available, how much is available, what it costs, and where it can be collected or delivered from.

Start by choosing the most accurate product and variety. Add your available stock, price per unit, grade, packaging, and location. These details make it easier for buyers to compare your offer with other available supply.

Use a clear photo or a short video when you can. It does not need to be studio quality. A well-lit image that shows the actual produce and packaging is more useful than a decorative picture that hides the condition of the goods.

Keep your stock current. If a quantity has been sold elsewhere, update the listing quickly. Accurate listings save time for you and help buyers return when they know the information can be trusted.
